Of course. Even if you're paying for it, you're still the product. You are training data.
- aiiizzz 1y agoIf you pay for the API, you are not training data unless you opt in.
- Smeevy 1y agoAre you sure about that? I know the agreement says thst, but you would you be shocked if they trained on paying client data? It's not like OpenAI has a rich and storied history of respecting legal agreements.
