Third, isn't this interfering in the Free Market? Although I'm skeptical about "AI", and I think that "AI" pricing will completely upset what we all intuitively think about pricing and "the law of supply and demand", this seems like a giant incursion into free markets. This is what regulation does. It interferes in a free market. This might be (seen as) good or bad depending on if you are the one being regulated. It does not always make the world a "better place" but that is the intent.
