And why are cis-lesbian-women also reporting higher numbers of sexual assault than man/woman relationship? No men in that relationship.

The sexual assault survey wasn't limited to sexual assaults within a relationship or limited to one's sexual orientation. Lesbians can be sexually assaulted by men.
