As I understand it, it’s voluntary and like the government document version of the Twitter firehose. Direct access to all published government documents as they are created.
- lucb1e 1y agoSo like a semi-public endpoint, that the libraries can access but not the general public, and then the public should get it from the libraries? Seems roundabout but it fits with what I've read so far
