If you are from outside the EU, a potential employer has to apply for a working visa. In two weeks there will be a hacker camp in the Netherlands where there will be people from the security industry attending. The tickets are sold out, but there are still some people offering tickets because they cannot attend: https://wiki.why2025.org/TicketSwap https://wiki.why2025.org/TicketSwap I am not into cybersecurity, but maybe you can find some people through the program https://why2025.org/programme https://why2025.org/programme . Many talks will be streamed online and/or be available online afterwards. You could also look at talks given at previous events.
