I always thought that their main promise came from becoming an energy company. No more diesel, no more gas, no more coal. It was a future of jet black solar panels and lithium batteries. An end to buying oil from foreign adversaries and endless smog.
Now they are a software company? Or are they a Robotaxi provider? Or a robot company?
- RyanOD 1y agoThey're trying all these things. But, to me, the Robotaxi service seems the most promising as it dovetails nicely into the auto infrastructure they've built and it can scale quickly as they can produce vehicles at a scale Waymo is nowhere near. But they still have a long way to go.
