I see no reason to expect improvements to the patient or provider experience from this. A lot more money spent though!
- dotancohen 1y agoIt will be an interesting arms race. The real losers will be the human individuals, not insurers, who will have to contend with an AI when disputing claims. I have little faith that the prompt will encourage fair interpretation of (sometimes deliberately) ambiguous rules.
