I don’t think this is a good approach toward getting people to switch. It’s unnecessarily combative.
- nchmy 1y agoEven though the parent comment was outrageously combative, you're probably right that it wasn't necessary to reply in a much milder, but similar fashion.
- darthrupert 1y agoPerhaps you just didn't give my comment a fair shake and were reading it wrong. But I don't think parent comment to mine was "outrageously combative", I just thought it was a bit silly to claim a 100% conversion rate.
