If you remove government budget from an NGO and it cease to exist, it was never really a non-government organization, it is technically a government organization.
- sam_bristow 1y agoI believe you've got confused between the NRO (National Reconnaissance Office) and NGO (Non-governmental Organisation). The NRO is very much part of the US government.
