FWIU when the sugar industry maligned fat in the US in the TODO, food manufacturers replaced fat in "reduced fat" foods with fake sugar substitutes which each have harms, high fructose corn syrup, or molasses. What percentage of cardiovascular "plaque" is sugar alcohol and thus apparently treatable with β or α cyclodextrin, in controls and patients with conditions like Arteriosclerosis and Atherosclerosis?
