Anything Riot puts out tends to be cross platform now-a-days.
Fortnite comes from the Epic Games launcher.
The real question I guess is, why do you need to play a game on three separate boxes?

I don't play fresh-from-the-presses multiplayer shooters (moba, survival, battle royale, whatever the term in fashion is this week). I only (with the exception of Minecraft below) play single player games that don't lose their appeal if they're not in fashion any more, some times years after launch. So obviously I like to have them available on as many platforms as possible. And if we're talking Minecraft, I do want it ready on my laptop when I have 10 minutes on the go but I also want it ready on my desktop for when I have actual gaming time.
