Stick a few decent quality 800 rpm fans on that huge ass radiator and suddenly you can hear the soundtrack and get 120fps. Chasing full passive cooling is futile. Anyway I'm pretty obsessed with low noise on my gaming PC but with the right part selection and a conservative fan curve you don't have to compromise on performance to get it.
