Probably AI something. The name "dynamic programming" was chosen to impress bureaucrats, and AI is where it is at today. "Subtask training" maybe, as the idea is to train the algorithm on smaller tasks to to make it more efficient at solving larger tasks. Ok, it is just storing intermediate results, but it sounds more AI-ish like that.
