It's too bad they don't give an estimate for how long it would be if the 4 million tube journeys per day were cars on the street.
- mlyle 1y agoIndividuals don't make that choice, though. Individuals consider the transit modes available to them, and don't consider the externality of slightly delaying everyone else if they take a car.
