Your argument is ridiculous. Might as well attribute all accidents with any Tesla close in vicinity to FSD then? The data is collected in all of these incidents, and most people have seen the clips of FSD avoiding otherwise potentially lethal accidents, so "They disengage FSD when they detect a potential accident" is also just patently untrue.
