If you're having issues and your device isn't common, you should let the people at United know. Else, it's your device. It's not an Internet Quality issue that United is having, it's an interference issue with the radios used to communicate with ATC. The old provider was significantly slower (<50Mbps ATG) BTW, if you paid for it, it's not Starlink.
