Is this a good time to roll out the old joke about cases being decided by a group of people who weren't smart enough to get out of jury duty?
- donatzsky 14y agoNo. The problem isn't that the jury wasn't smart enough (they may or may not have been), but that they had a foreman that was just a bit too smart.
