- anticensor 1y agoNo, Codex CLI can make use of any OpenAI Responses API endpoint provider, not just ChatGPT Codex Cloud.

- dcre 1y agoThey have one, though I don't think it has taken off. https://github.com/openai/codex https://github.com/openai/codex Hard to miss — it's the second Google result for "chatgpt CLI".
- fkyoureadthedoc 1y agoThey do have Codex, but it doesn't have much traction/hype. I've assumed it's not a priority for them because it competes with GH Copilot.
