The individual people involved are frequently very empathetic, the key is that they ultimately are not afforded a choice.
- xhkkffbf 1y agoIf a business is losing money, then laying off some percentage will certainly hurt them. But it could save the jobs of the others. The leadership has empathy for both sets and it's emotionally mind numbing.
