Really nice app ... I've been using Daily Deeds (http://www.spoonjuice.com/iphone/dailydeeds/ http://www.spoonjuice.com/iphone/dailydeeds/) for the same purpose for some time now and it really helped me out keeping on top of my habits I want to change. The social aspect might be the big differentiator for Lift, checking it out!
