Yeah, shouldn't :) Taking your point with speeding, it is government policy for public transit bus drivers to speed +15MPH over the limit to stay up with traffic because it is safer, even though it is technically the government breaking the law. You have the same worries as I regarding AI taking operational control which is likely inevitable at this point.
