I disagree pretty strongly here. I think that huge college loans make for a terrible start to your career. I'll concede that loans might be a better option than $8/hr, but I freelanced for $50-60 per hour during college and I believe that is absolutely a better option than taking loans. Clearly the OP has some business interest and skill, and while I don't know what freelance writing and content-focused websites would bring in, I'd guess that it's well above minimum wage.
