It's hard to game random, is what I like about it.
- nashashmi 1y agoI guess randomness reduces a little bit of the feelings of entitlement and the feeling of grandeur. “You were not selected because you were the best, but because of chance”. “It is not necessary that everyone should have to pick you for you to get selected.”
