I've had so much hope in Ubiquity; let's hope this will get a nicer model for writing extensions and a "package" manager (I'd love something like Sublime2 has).

- frewsxcv 14y agoUbiquity continued development recently https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/mozilla-labs-ubiquity/versions/?page=1#version-0.6.2 https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/mozilla-labs-...
- windsurfer 14y agoI don't think so. Only major thing I see is the homepage URL changed to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Ubiquity https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Ubiquity
- sp332 14y agoAt least it was updated to work with FF 13+. Version 0.6.2 Released July 19, 2012 1.0 MB Works with Firefox 13.0 and later
- dangoor 14y agoFirefox already has a package manager, doesn't it? You pick up the "packages" here: http://addons.mozilla.org/ http://addons.mozilla.org/
- mhitza 14y agoFirefox has a package manager, but Ubiquity didn't. Instead you embedded some meta tags in your webpage pointing out the Ubiquity extensions and following that page you'd get an installation. There wasn't a central repository for Ubiquity.
