‘Collective rights’ aren’t in the Constitution. You may wish to read that as well. But I do recognize your sentiment as echoing Trump’s I am your retribution rhetoric. Otherwise, I’m done here.

- rayiner 1y ago“Collective rights” absolutely are in the constitution. For example, Article IV guarantees every state a “republican form of government.” What is that if not a collective right? This has nothing to do with “retribution.” Non-enforcement of the immigration laws has left us with a huge problem—vastly more illegal immigrants than Americans consented to—which requires aggressive enforcement to remedy.
