For 200M Google will open an account, send an email that says:
You're account is ready, there is $40m left on the retainer. We can code up some email template for 40M if you want.
- pwarner 1y agoor not spent by the government? I mean, unless this is for some really specific thing that really needs a push, I think there's sort of enough money flowing this way already, today. (5 years ago, again a different story)
