- sandspar 1y agoMaybe it's less about the money and more about signalling to foreign adversaries. "We're prepared to weaponize AI, so you should tread lightly." Everyone knows that in case of war those millions could turn into billions overnight. It's like a cowboy flashing his gun. It says he will use it.
