Am I missing something or is this just a copy of the Paul Graham essay from 2004? http://paulgraham.com/pypar.html http://paulgraham.com/pypar.html
It is posted on this personal site and while it has a link back to Paul Graham's site, nowhere is it attributed to him. Am I missing something?
If it is someone posting a piece that is interesting or relevant to their audience, shouldn't they attribute it back to the source?

- mattdeboard 14y agoI think the OP is trolling and has failed to grasp the actual point of this 8-year-old essay, that people who go out of their way to learn new languages are demonstrating something about their intellect. In 2004, Python was just building a head of steam. Nowadays it's Clojure or whatever.
