Show HN: TechBro Generator – Generate Satirical TechBro Posts
- tibbar 1y agoThese are funny, but I do note that they start recycling. I’m curious if these are actually being generated or come from a stock library?
- _qvu2 1y agoThey are hardcoded posts. It wasn't worth wiring up an LLM provider for that.
- RobRivera 1y agoSo it is not a generator, it's an rng pulling from a catalogue. A genuinely fun exercise would be to build a from scratch probabiltiy distribution for token generation based on a corpus of real posts that then fuels a techbro generator.
- boscillator 1y agoAh, I thought they were a little too funny to be computer generated. Makes sense.

- pavel_lishin 1y agoGood thing it's labeled as Satire, lest Poe's Law strike.

- bwfan123 1y agoReminds me of the new-age BS generator [1] which thankfully remains up. [1] https://sebpearce.com/bullshit/ https://sebpearce.com/bullshit/ A parody of the LLM era that we are in.
- thomask1995 1y agoI honestly think this could help you build a following on X lol

- impish9208 1y agoOkay, but how did this help you scale your B2B SaaS?
- general1726 1y agoOnly thing which I am missing here is a techbro trying to sell me revolutionary pod based transportation system, which is just crippled train in some way.
