I had more side effects ramping up the dose than after a while at the same dose. But they were all fairly mild. (I'm on 5mg/week of Tirzepatide; higher doses probably have more side effects.) > If you do over-indulge (with food or drink) the side effects can sometimes be massively amplified and you feel terrible for days. Never had anything like that.
