- bix6 1y agoGreat write up! “Chinese biotechs scale better with labor costs; the way to compete against teams that are 75% cheaper is to make each of your employees at least 4x as effective.” What are the realistic options here? It’s hard to imagine US biotech employees becoming 4x as effective.
