- 999900000999 1y agoDefinitely not California which is literally the birth place of modern conservatism. Thank you for helping out. Usually I would of given up earlier, but I couldn't let someone say California has always been welcoming to immigrants unanswered. Apart of being better as people is looking at the past and facing it. No place is perfect. Chicago has issues. LA has issues.
