Why Internet Browsers Are Born Again in AI Land

• cranberryturkey 1y ago
Browsers aren’t just born again. They’re evolving into operating systems. Think about it. Every major app you use daily lives comfortably in your browser. Figma, Notion, Slack, and VSCode run seamlessly without a traditional OS barrier. Why? Because the browser is now the ultimate abstraction layer. It liberates users from device constraints, creates seamless workflows across platforms, and dramatically reduces friction for developers. The internet browser is no longer just a viewer of web pages. It's the heart of modern productivity.
