We did a similar evaluation for document segmentation using the DocLayNet benchmark from IBM: https://ds4sd.github.io/icdar23-doclaynet/task/ https://ds4sd.github.io/icdar23-doclaynet/task/ but on modern document OCR models like Mistral, OpenAI, and Gemini.
