This is only true in some HCOL places ands big cities. Plenty of people own homes.
- throwawayq3423 1y agoNot in high-density areas like cities. People own homes in low density areas (middle of nowhere), which makes them isolated, hence no communal activities like partying.
- ecshafer 1y agoIn Philadelphia everyone I knew owned a home (condo, townhouse, rowhome or stand alone) by 30 basically.
- throwawayq3423 1y agoNot trying to be offensive, but I would add second and third tier cities as viable for home ownership. Not the first tier.
