Perhaps they should be avoided altogether if they can deliver medication safely? Best not take that risk if their incompetence and ignorance endangers lives

- mkrishnan 1y agoYes, I have used for few months without realizing that the meds are not coming in required temperature, I was just trusting them, then I checked the temperature 4 weeks are when delivered and found the issue, since then I have ordered 3 times and returned all 3 times and had several calls with the pharmacy team and finally they told me to F off, and it is what it is and I can find another pharmacy if I dont like them.
