Somehow it's even worse if it's unpaid. Sabbaticals and other unpaid leaves are usually a few weeks-months. Two weeks is well within PTO range.

- jerlam 1y agoMaybe these employees are still taking time off even after they've exhausted their PTO allowance? New employees don't get a lot of time off in the US.
