You can try teaching 2+2, but if you're uncomfortable with math, then your children will not only learn 2+2 from you, they will also learn "math is hard." And having to un-learn that lesson is a very large, very difficult barrier to have to overcome. When you teach your kids math, don't just teach them 2+2, also make sure that they learn math is fun & easy.
