Can you explain this to my pea brain?
- RajT88 1y agoLayoffs which are for cost savings sometimes target people with high salaries, because you can save more money with a single person being laid off. Those types of layoffs target the top earners and bottom performers. I have seen it. People who have been with the company for decades, people who were principal level, people who always had awesome performance reviews.
