It is a form of plagiarism. The model will use someone else's idea without proper attribution.
- jeroenhd 1y agoLegally speaking, we don't know that yet. Early signs are pointing at judges allowing this kind of crap because it's almost impossible for most authors to point out what part of the generated slop was originally theirs.
