  If I'm going to sacrifice my personal life and well-being for a company, it's going to be for my own company. It's too much to ask me to do that in order to enrich someone else.

    Yup. My personal life is the purpose of my employment (which is already difficult enough.) Ask too much and I'm better off just being an entrepreneur.
