America Party (AMEP) FEC Form 1
- dctoedt 1y agoThis is an unfortunate title change by the mods — what's of interest is (the original title about) Musk's email supposedly being on Proton.
- dang 1y agoI hear you, but that sort of detail is probably below the waterline for an interesting HN conversation.
- derdi 1y agoSomeone else filed the application for him, and that application includes a fresh email address for this purpose. There is no reason to deduce from this that Musk had anything to do with choosing Protonmail, that he intends to read the mail directed there, that he is otherwise a Protonmail user, etc., etc.

- dctoedt 1y agoDisclaimer: I don't know whether this is real or an imposter.
- m_ke 1y agoJudging by the @america feed on twitter it will be all of the fascism with none of the fake MAGA populism. Good luck finding a constituency for that outside of a handful of billionaires and their groupies.
- derdi 1y agoHe may be very happy just being a spoiler candidate that sucks off enough Republican votes to make them lose the next election.
