- incomingpain 1y agoThis is quite likely where the first viable brain chips come from. The USA and others have a ton of ethics rules, regulations, laws. It's rather quite difficult to get new innovations to market before a patent remains viable. Whereas China doesnt have the same impediments. That will essentially hand them this win.
