- naikrovek 1y agoThis industry is STILL growing so fast that there is no negative selection pressure to weed out bad ideas. There’s no punishment at all for doing things in stupid or inefficient ways. There is only reward for completing the project. I like doing things properly and almost no one else at my enormous employer does. Certainly no one on my team does, and it is extremely stressful. I feel like I am talking to a wall when I talk to my team members. No one understands. No one wants to.
