Wait, what do you mean? Is it not enough to identify as a female to get such a job offer to fill a FAANG company's quota? Sadly I am light skinned, but it might work for my girlfriend who is a Latina. What do you think?
- self_awareness 1y agoBased on my experience raising such issues with my local HR department, all I received was laughter, even though the HR girl was part of some "DEI council". I suspect that as a white, straight male, I don’t have the privilege of determining how others perceive me; instead, I seem to be someone people want to confront rather than assist.
