Rest of ownership is mostly Elon ~13%. indexed fund ownership doesn't explain institutional holdings. Tesla is 5% of NASDAQ 100 by market cap. Vanguard owns 7.7%, BlackRock owns 6.4%. Disclaimer: not a financial analyst and I might have numbers wrong (mostly from Tiger Trading App).
