I don't think it really matters in the end. For example if AI takes over enough jobs or roles in general, if you train to be a plumber, who is going to pay you to do any plumbing? Masses losing their job due to AI (or for whatever reason) will have a widespread effect on every other sector, because at the end of the day huge part of the economy is based on people just spending their money.
