Wouldn't the interstate commerce clause automatically override any state level regulations on AI, except in cases where a company and its customers are all in-state?
- tristan957 1y agoNot too familiar with the law, but Southwest Airlines only operated within Texas, and existed without federal regulation for some time, but eventually the federal government regulated them too.
