The Trump administration is building a national citizenship data system
- actionfromafar 1y agoThat's handy, much simpler to remove a person from the citizen roll if it's in only one place controlled by the federal government. Very useful.
- infotainment 1y agoIt’s kind of surprising there wasn’t one already?
- actionfromafar 1y agoYes when comparing to many other countries, but looking at how the US is a federation and that it’s each state that issues birth certificates etc it’s not that surprising.
