They show the factory in their video on the page, it's a new modern car chassis with the vintage look (so it's not a Ford Bronco chassis but the external look is inspired by it).
- karmakaze 1y agoI don't get it. The Ford Bronco is in production and is also inspired by the earlier Bronco. The post is an ad. And I don't see why any "Restomod" can't have airbags, crumble zones, etc.
- leakycap 1y ago> And I don't see why any "Restomod" can't have airbags, crumble zones, etc. Economics of engineering and delivering an effective advanced passenger protection seems pretty obvious to me. You can't just stick an airbag in front of a passenger and go "cool, they're safe now!"
- karmakaze 1y agoWithout independent tests/ratings how can we know theirs is any different? What's to stop them from doing just that?
